Materials:
500 grams of cow tail of small
40 grams Garlic
40 grams Garlic
30 grams lengkuas
2 pieces of leaf
2 stem Sereh
3 grams of Salt
20 grams Leaf Asem
75 grams Tomato
1.8 liters of water
30 grams onions

Method:
1. Prepare rice engine / slow-cooker, then fill with water,
2. Enter the tail beef, add salt and lengkuas.
3. Cook-up with brackets for more than 2 hours
